The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza: 142 martyrs and 487 injuries during the past 24 hours

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, on Wednesday evening, the daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Strip.

In a statement, the Ministry said that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 142 martyrs and 487 wounded over the past 24 hours. In the same context, seven Palestinians, including five members of one family, were martyred today as a result of Israeli airstrikes.

The martyrs were the director of the Indonesian Hospital, Dr. Marwan Sultan, his wife, and several of his children. They were killed when Israeli aircraft targeted a residential apartment west of Gaza City.

They were all transferred to Al-Shifa Medical Complex, according to the Palestinian WAFA News Agency. Earlier, two citizens were martyred and others were wounded as a result of the Israeli occupation bombing of Al-Zeitoun School south of Gaza City.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression since the Israeli war of extermination on Gaza on October 7, 2023, has risen to 57,012 martyrs and 134,592 wounded, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health.
