France reveals new American-European talks with the Houthis

French intelligence revealed new American talks with the Ansar Allah movement “Houthis.”

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The newspaper “Intelligence Online,” affiliated with the intelligence service, quoted sources saying that the negotiations, mediated by the Sultanate of Oman, focus on submarine cables, pointing out that Washington and Europe are pushing Oman to persuade those they described as the “Houthis” to allow internet cables to pass through areas under their control in the Red Sea.

The sources clarified that international cable companies remain apprehensive about returning to work in the Red Sea, pointing out that the American aggression on Yemen had frozen the negotiations.

According to the site, the international parties are seeking security guarantees and joint monitoring from all sides, considering that operating without achieving this complicates the process of operating the submarine cables.

The largest American-Israeli company, known as “Microsoft,” announced that its cables were damaged due to an incident in the Red Sea, causing the disruption of its most important cloud services, known as “Azure.”

The company was unable to carry out repairs due to the continuation of operations in support of Gaza.

America’s recourse to seeking diplomatic agreements in passages where it once roamed freely indicates a development in the path of Yemen imposing its sovereignty over the most important shipping lines in the region and reveals the extent to which America has found itself since its military loss in the battle of the Red Sea over the past two years.
