Senior Ansar Allah Official: The Security Council adopts American and Israeli approaches, and there are preparations to launch a new aggression on Yemen
A member of the Political Bureau of Ansar Allah, Hizam Al-Assad, confirmed that the UN Security Council resolutions regarding Gaza adopt American and Zionist approaches, expressing his confidence in the vitality of the nation and the Palestinian people to thwart the schemes. Also pointed to American-Zionist preparations, in cooperation with regional tools, to launch a new aggression against Yemen, affirming the Yemeni people’s readiness for any upcoming confrontation.
Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Al-Assad described the UN Security Council resolutions as containing “nothing new,” considering that they adopt American and Zionist approaches, warning that those who bet on the Council will be disappointed. He added that what former US President Donald Trump announced regarding the occupation of the Gaza Strip and the displacement of its people, and the transformation of these statements into a form of “foreign trusteeship” over Gaza, aims to draw a new reality with the complicity of some Arab regimes, expressing at the same time that his confidence that the nation is still alive and that the Palestinian people pulsate with freedom.
In his response to Trump’s announcement of selling F-35 aircraft to Saudi Arabia and the possibility of their use against Yemen, Al-Assad indicated that the outcomes of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle produced this reality of American-Zionist-Saudi alliances, affirming that these alliances are not new but rather what was hidden has now become public. He continued that there are American-Zionist preparations, in partnership with their regional and international tools represented by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, to launch a new aggression against Yemen.
Al-Assad stressed that the Yemeni people are confident in God and the justice of their cause and are prepared to confront any new aggression, whether it’s one round, two, three, or to infinity, confirming that Yemen adopts just causes, most notably the oppression of our people in Gaza and the oppression of the Yemeni people, who have endured over ten years of aggression and siege, calling on the Saudi regime to stop its hostile approach towards Yemen instead of moving to form alliances to launch a new aggression.
Regarding the negotiations between Sana’a and Riyadh, Al-Assad confirmed that negotiations are still ongoing with the Omani mediator and under UN sponsorship, indicating the existence of understandings regarding the roadmap. However, he clarified that the implementation of these understandings has reached a dead end due to procrastination and evasion from the Saudi side, which is trying to push the ball in other directions.
Al-Assad warned that the patience of the Yemeni people will not last long amidst the increasing suffering resulting from hostile policies attempting to subjugate the Yemeni people to American-Zionist hegemony and Saudi guardianship, emphasizing that the options of the Yemeni people are open and that the revolutionary and political leadership is authorized by the people to take the appropriate choices to stop this suffering.
