The pace of aerial attacks on Saudi Arabia has intensified during the last 24 hours
On Sunday, Saudi Arabia was subjected to the most violent aerial attacks in its history.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced in a statement that it had intercepted approximately 36 drones and 6 ballistic missiles since dawn today. The statistic mentioned by Saudi Arabia refers to what was intercepted, not the total number of attacks, including those that were not intercepted.
Several Saudi regions witnessed a wave of multiple explosions in recent hours, and the latest attacks are the largest since the start of the war on Iran, equivalent to all that Saudi Arabia was subjected to in previous days combined.
The Revolutionary Guard denied any connection to these attacks and also demanded that Saudi Arabia look for their source. The attacks come amid complex developments in the region; firstly, accusations against America of orchestrating attacks similar to Iranian ones in order to force reluctant Gulf countries to engage in the war, in addition to accusations against the UAE of orchestrating some attacks, especially those targeting the Al-Shaybah oil field in the Empty Quarter near the border.
The majority of attacks focusing on American bases suggest that resistance factions in the region are participating in these attacks, especially since America has revealed a Saudi role in the war on Iran, exceeding previous warnings from several parties in the axis about the consequences of engaging in the war.
