Aerial Images Show Disturbances in the Skies of the Saudi Capital on the Eve of Its National Day Celebrations

Aerial images showed on Tuesday new disturbances in Saudi airspace, specifically the capital, Riyadh.

The images captured by the “FlightRadar” website, specializing in air navigation tracking, show a state of confusion at King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, with the image highlighting suspended and canceled flights, in addition to aircraft continuing to circle in the airport’s airspace awaiting permission to land.

Although Sana’a has not yet announced a new operation, Saudi reports and platforms spoke of explosions and attacks by those they described as the “Houthis.”

Yemeni forces had previously claimed attacks in recent days, including targeting Aramco oil tanks near the international airport. However, the recent developments coincide with Saudi Arabia’s celebration of its National Day, which has stirred the Saudi street after decades of the regime’s display of power.
