Lebanese Civil Defense announces the recovery of 23 martyrs from the rubble of southern Lebanon


The Lebanese Civil Defense announced on Tuesday, the recovery of the bodies of 23 martyrs as a result of the recent aggression of the occupation entity, from under the rubble in the towns of Mays Al-Jabal, Kafr Kila, Al-Adaiseh and Markaba.

The Lebanese Civil Defense said in a statement: The rescue teams in the General Directorate continue search and comprehensive field survey operations in the areas that have been subjected to the occupation aggression.

He added: “The specialized teams were able to recover the bodies of 14 martyrs in the town of Mays al-Jabal, 3 martyrs in the town of Markaba, 3 martyrs in the town of Kafr Kila, in addition to 3 martyrs in the town of Al-Adaisa.”

He pointed out that the recovered bodies were transferred to Ragheb Harb, Salah Ghandour, and Marjayoun governmental hospitals, where they will undergo the necessary medical and legal examinations to determine the identities of the martyrs, while it worked to transfer a wounded person from the town of Mays al-Jabal to Tibnin Governmental Hospital who was injured as a result of being shot by the occupation aggression.
