By striking an American ship, Sana’a launches the “Promised Conquest” battle
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for the Sana’a forces, announced on Wednesday the execution of a military operation targeting an American ship providing support to the Zionist entity as a “preliminary response to the treacherous attack suffered by our naval forces by the American enemy forces.”
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Brigadier General Saree clarified in a statement that the American ship was targeted in a joint operation carried out by the naval forces, missile force, and armed drones, “using a large number of ballistic missiles, naval assets, and drones.”
He affirmed that their armed forces will not hesitate to “deal appropriately with all hostile threats within the legitimate right of defending our country, people, and nation,” adding that they “continue to prevent Israeli ships or those heading to the ports of occupied Palestine until the aggression is halted and the siege on our brothers in Gaza is lifted.”
The spokesman for the Sana’a forces emphasized their “full commitment to the continuity of maritime traffic in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea to all destinations except the ports of occupied Palestine.”
In the Red Sea, US forces carried out an operation targeting personnel from the Sana’a Navy on December 31st, resulting in the “martyrdom of ten naval personnel.” In response, the Sana’a forces vowed to retaliate within the “Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad” battle that they declared in support of Gaza.
