Al-Houthi: Arab regimes should allow space for their people if they dare not take a position on Gaza

The leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, said on Thursday that the aggression on Gaza “stops immediately when the Americans decide so,” pointing out that “the US administration is the one that gave permission to the occupation to enter the Rafah crossing.”

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

In his weekly speech, which focuses on the latest developments related to Gaza, Al-Houthi mentioned that Washington had previously provided large shipments of weapons to the occupation, enough to annihilate the people in Rafah, while pretending to pressure the occupation to stop its operation.

He indicated that the entry of the occupation entity into the Rafah crossing would not achieve any military accomplishment because it is a civilian area, not a military front for the resistance, adding that the Palestinian factions continue to confront the occupation even in the northern part of the Strip.

Regarding the Arab positions towards what is happening in Gaza in general and in the city of Rafah in particular, the leader of the Ansar Allah movement stated that statements of condemnation towards what is happening in Rafah are “ineffective” because the US doesn’t listen to them, and it doesn’t listen to student protests in universities. Instead, it suppresses and deals violently with them, disregarding its own laws.

Concerning the relationship between the entry of the occupation entity into the city of Rafah and Egypt, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi affirmed that this poses a threat to Egypt’s security and stability and that it violates the agreements signed with Egypt. He emphasized that Egypt must take a firm stance to pressure the occupation to evacuate the Rafah crossing and that the protest memorandum submitted by Egypt is “not sufficient, and the occupation will not pay any attention to it.”

He confirmed that the responsibility for taking additional practical steps against the occupation lies with Arab and Islamic countries, and they should not remain bystanders. He pointed out that they have several political, diplomatic, and economic options against the aggression on Rafah.

Al-Houthi mentioned that the nation does not benefit except by taking serious action when the occupation does not listen to the calls of the people and does not care about the magnitude of the crimes it commits. He added, “If the Arab regimes do not dare to adopt any position, they should allow space for their people to take action.”
