Million-man marches in Sana’a and several provinces, escalation by escalation… with Gaza until victory
On Friday, Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a, witnessed a million-man demonstration under the slogan “Escalation by escalation… with Gaza until Victory,” in support of the resistance in Gaza and in solidarity with the operations of the Yemeni armed forces and “all the leadership’s decisions in the face of Zionist escalation with greater escalation.”
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The participants in the “million-man” march affirmed “continuing mobilization and preparedness with utmost determination and continuing diverse activities and major marches, filling training and rehabilitation grounds.” They also hailed “the heroic operations of Palestinian mujahideen in Gaza and the West Bank, as well as the mujahideen in Lebanon and Iraq, and the qualitative operations of our armed forces.”
The demonstrators who took to the streets in Sana’a and 14 provinces, in more than 150 central and subsidiary squares, stressed that “America is the biggest partner in all the crimes committed by the Zionists against the Palestinian people and the main supporter of the entity, and America does not give any weight to condemnation statements.” They warned against “falling for the deception and misinformation practiced by the US administration through the statements of its senior officials and media outlets.”
Likewise, they called on the rulers of Arab and Islamic countries to take serious and effective actions in support of the Palestinian people, renewing their appreciation for “the brave and noble student movement in dozens of American and European universities and the movements supporting them in various countries around the world.”
The participants in the massive marches also expressed their solidarity “with the government and people of Egypt regarding the Zionist threat to its national security through the Zionist entity’s occupation of the Rafah crossing.” They also commended “Turkey’s stance of boycotting a large category of Zionist goods and refraining from shipping a significant amount of goods and commodities to the entity.”
The Yemeni marches, which have been taking place on a weekly basis since October 7, 2023, renewed the call “for all our people in the homeland and in diaspora, and for the peoples of our nation, to adopt an organized and influential campaign to boycott Zionist and American goods.”
Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, the leader of the Ansar Allah movement, stated yesterday that “the nation doesn’t benefit except by taking serious action when the occupation doesn’t listen to the calls of the people and doesn’t care about the magnitude of the crimes it commits. He added, “If the Arab regimes don’t dare to adopt any position, they should allow space for their people to take action.”
