Senior Sana’a Politician: Israeli aggression will not pass without a strong response

The High Political Council in Sana’a has threatened that the Israeli aggression on Hudaydah Port “will not pass without a strong response.” They affirmed that their support for the Palestinian people is principled, faith-based, and religious, and will not stop or retreat.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

In a statement, the Political Council stated that “the Zionist aggression aims to increase the suffering of the Yemeni people and discourage our country from its positions of support for the Palestinian people,” adding: “We will continue to stand by the Palestinian people, and God willing, the enemy will face more effective strikes.”

He emphasized that “the Israeli aggression will only strengthen the Yemeni people’s determination to continue their support for the Palestinian people and in self-defense,” calling on “all countries, organizations, and peoples of the world to condemn this Zionist aggression against our country.

Al-Mayadeen channel quoted a source described as “private” in Sana’a, saying, “Yemen will respond to the Israeli enemy’s aggression, and the war has become directly with the occupation entity,” referring to the assault on Hudaydah Port.

The source confirmed that “operations in Jaffa will continue, and Yemen will not limit its response only, as the targets of the Yemeni army may expand,” in response to the Zionist aggression on Hudaydah Port.

Mohammed Abdul-Salam, the head of the Sana’a delegation in the political negotiations, commented on the Israeli aggression, saying, “Pressuring Yemen to stop supporting Gaza is a dream that will not be fulfilled for the Israeli enemy.” He affirmed that “the brutal Israeli aggression will only increase our determination, steadfastness, and escalating support for Gaza.”

He mentioned that “the Yemeni people are capable of confronting all challenges in order to achieve victory for the injustice of Palestine and the people of Gaza, which represents the most just cause on Earth,” pointing out that “the aggression targeted “civilian facilities, oil storage tanks, and the power station in Hudaydah, with the aim of exacerbating people’s suffering.”
