A presidential advisor reveals the details of the latest US offer to Sana’a
An advisor of the Supreme Political Council revealed on Saturday the details of the latest US offer to Yemen.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Mohammed Taher Anam, in a tweet on his official social media page, explained that the offer was made through an intermediary state and included a truce by stopping Yemeni operations against Tel Aviv for days in order to reach a peace agreement in Gaza.
Anam confirmed that the offer was rejected, considering it part of American deception.
He described the offer as an American attempt to grant the occupation a few days of rest, which would enable it to put pressure on the Palestinians to surrender and sign a humiliating agreement, with their feeling of Arab and Islamic abandonment.
Anam emphasized that the Americans have used these tricks on previous occasions and delayed some strikes and confrontations with countries, reaffirming the continuation of Yemeni operations until the war is stopped and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.
Previous media reports had spoken about a new American offer conveyed by the Omani mediator to Sana’a.
America is currently exerting all its effort to stop the Yemeni operations after failing to militarily contain these strikes.
