Yemen unveils a new defensive system
On Wednesday, Yemen revealed a new air defense system, coinciding with its preparations for a new round of confrontation against the occupation and its allies.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Yemeni platforms on social media published photos and information about the new system.
According to the sources, the system is locally manufactured and capable of intercepting aircraft thousands of kilometers away, and it is called “Nasr Allah.”
Although the Yemeni forces did not officially reveal the system, the timing of its leakage carries messages to the Israeli occupation and the US, especially since it came a day after Yemen announced the downing of an American MQ-9 drone off the western coast of Yemen.
While the drone’s downing is not the first of its kind, as America has previously acknowledged the loss of about 15 similar aircraft since the beginning of the confrontations in Yemen, the unveiling of the new system indicates that Yemen is ready for any potential confrontation or American reaction.
