Ansar Allah Leader: Our ceiling is high, and we will proceed to more escalatory steps against the occupation if it continues the siege on Gaza

In a televised speech on Wednesday evening, the leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, threatened that they will move towards escalatory steps against the “Israeli” occupation if it “continues to starve the Palestinian people and does not allow aid to enter” the Gaza Strip.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Al-Houthi said that Sana’a’s ceiling is high if the enemy continues the siege on Gaza, confirming that the decision to ban the enemy’s navigation through the Red Sea, Bab Al-Mandeb, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arab Sea has come into effect.

He stressed that “any Israeli ship passing through the declared operations area will be targeted,” considering this “a practical step and a necessary position,” while at the same time pointing out that “what the enemy has done to prevent the entry of aid to the Gaza Strip and close the crossings aims to starve the Palestinian people in the Strip.”

The Ansar Allah leader criticized the Arab position on what is happening in Gaza, saying, “The silence and inaction in the Arab position regarding this escalation and forced displacement constitute a grave sin and an abdication of a major responsibility.”

He pointed out that “the Arab and Islamic position does not at all rise to the level of humanitarian, religious, and moral responsibility towards the injustice of the Palestinian people.”

The spokesman for the Yemeni forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced on Tuesday evening the start of the “ban on the passage of all Israeli ships in the Red, Arab, and Bab Al-Mandeb Seas and the Gulf of Aden.”

The statement confirmed that “any Israeli ship attempting to break this ban will be targeted in the declared operations area,” stressing that this ban will continue “until the reopening of the crossings to the Gaza Strip and the entry of aid and necessities of food and medicine” and directing his greetings to “the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank,” affirming their “stand alongside the valiant Palestinian resistance.”
