Important statements by the spokesman of Ansar Allah, Mohammed Abdul Salam
Follow ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The head of the Sana’a negotiating delegation and the official spokesman for Ansar Allah, Mohammed Abdul Salam, refuted the claims of US President Donald Trump, who claimed that Sana’a had requested a ceasefire.
Abdul Salam said in an interview with the Al-Masirah channel, “The ceasefire agreement came through Omani mediation after American demands, after it realized that it had stuck itself in the dilemma of supporting the Israeli enemy.”
He added, “The position issued by Trump expresses him and tries to jump on the goals he announced, such as the elimination of capabilities and others.”
The head of the delegation said, “We received the requests from America through the Sultanate of Oman, and what changed was the American position, while our position is constant,” adding that what the American had stated is an expression of helplessness and failure, and he was unable to protect the Israeli ships.
Abdul Salam confirmed that Sana’a is still in the context of evaluating the American position so that the matter does not become mere statements, and if the American enemy returns to its aggression, we will return to targeting it.
Regarding the guarantees for the implementation of the agreement’s clauses, Abdul Salam affirmed that the guarantees for the agreement are that dark experience that America has gone through in Yemen.
Regarding the support for Gaza, he said that the support for Gaza will develop in a better way because the American aggression came to support the Israeli enemy.
Abdul Salam advised all Arab and Islamic countries to go towards supporting Gaza and bringing in aid, as this is the solution that ends the problems in the region.
