A Yemeni attack by land and sea… A difficult day for the Israeli occupation

The Israeli occupation received painful Yemeni blows by land and sea on Monday as it tried to regain the reins of deterrence, so how did the scene start?

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

From Sunday evening until this morning, the Yemeni forces carried out dozens of operations by sea and land.

At sea, the official spokesman for the Yemeni forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, confirmed the targeting of a foreign cargo ship with two drone boats, 5 ballistic missiles, and 3 drones, which is the largest number of attacks on a single ship that has violated Yemen’s decision to ban navigation to the ports of the Israeli occupation on the Mediterranean Sea.

The ship, known as “Magic Seas” and owned by a Greek company, is currently sinking, and this is a strong message to every global shipping company that tries to bypass the decision that the consequences will be dire.

The new Red Sea operation is the first in weeks, as the US announced a unilateral ceasefire agreement.

Its timing indicates that the ships involved in violating the Yemeni decision are avoiding navigation through the passages near Yemen.

In contrast to the sea, where dozens of ships have been targeted since Yemen’s decision to escalate the confrontation to the fifth stage with a comprehensive ban on navigation to Israeli ports in both the Red and Mediterranean Seas, the scene on the ground in occupied Palestine appears gloomier for the occupation, and several cities have been subjected to Yemeni bombardment.

According to the morning statement of the Yemeni force’s spokesman, the operation was carried out with about 3 ballistic missiles and 8 drones and targeted the occupation’s ports on the Red and Mediterranean Seas, most notably the ports of Ashdod and Umm Al-Rashrash “Eilat,” in addition to Lod “Ben Gurion” Airport and the main Ashkelon power plant.

Although the Red Sea operation is part of the support operations for Gaza being carried out by the Yemeni forces since November 2023, the timing of the attacks on the Israeli mainland indicates that they are a response to the aggression that has targeted Hudaydah and its ports on the west coast, as well as the power plant there, and this is a message that Yemen is setting a parallel equation for the occupation’s targets, whether civilian or military.
