“There is a major strategic significance…” Ansar Allah leader reveals total number of ships targeted in support of Gaza

The leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, said that the Yemeni forces carried out 18 operations using missiles and drones during the past week within the framework of the battle to support Gaza.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Al-Houthi clarified that the operations included targeting enemy Israeli targets in Palestinian depth, operations at sea, and counter operations.

He confirmed that the Yemeni forces continued operations to prevent navigation for ships violating the prohibition decision, with the total number of targeted ships reaching 228.

Al-Houthi added, “It is globally known that our operations at sea have achieved important results in disrupting the Umm Al-Rashrash port and the resulting significant losses for the Israeli enemy in its economic situation.”

He pointed out that “there is a major strategic significance in preventing the Israeli enemy from navigation through the Red Sea to the Bab Al-Mandeb and the Gulf of Aden; a position that has major strategic importance recognized by the entire world.”

The Ansar leader stressed the necessity of standing with the Palestinian factions to expose American and Israeli deception and to adhere to the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the constants that cannot be relinquished, warning that the Zionist scheme seeks to confiscate the freedom and dignity of the nation and obliterate its Islamic identity.

He praised the popular and international movements in support of Palestine, considering the position of the Colombian president as honorable and ahead of most Arab and Muslim leaders and appreciating Slovenia’s decision to ban Netanyahu’s entry and the efforts of Italian port workers in preventing fuel exports to the enemy, as well as the Steadfastness Flotilla and the activists who are trying to break the siege on Gaza.
