The American Associated Press agency shed light on the message sent by the Chief of Staff of the Sana’a forces, Major General Yusuf Al-Madani, to the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas,” in which he indicated the cessation of its attacks against Israel in the Red Sea.
Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
In a report, the agency stated that “the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement indicated that it has stopped its attacks against Israel in the Red Sea as the fragile ceasefire in the Gaza Strip continues.”
The agency added that “the Houthis, through an undated message to the Al-Qassam Brigades affiliated with Hamas, signaled that their attacks have stopped,” noting that “the group has not claimed any new attacks since the ceasefire in Gaza began on the tenth of last October.”
The agency pointed out that “the Houthis gained international fame during the war between Israel and Hamas for their attacks on ships and Israel, which they said aimed to force it to stop the fighting,” referring to the operations of the Sana’a forces deep inside Israeli territory and their ban on Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Aden in support of Gaza.
