On the eve of the American confirmation of attacks in Aden, explosions shake the Indian Ocean

A series of explosions shook the Indian Ocean on Monday, coinciding with American talk about new attacks in the Gulf of Aden.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Navigational sources reported that explosions were heard near the coast of the Yemeni island of Socotra and were heard by the local population.

The motives behind the explosions are not yet known, but sources speculate that they may be the result of a ballistic missile attack.

Earlier, local sources in the coastal provinces of eastern Yemen reported sightings of missiles and drones flying towards the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean.

The US forces confirmed the occurrence of attacks in the Gulf of Aden.

The US Central Command reported that its forces in the Gulf of Aden clashed with an aerial attack, claiming to have shot down a drone.

This attack marks the third in the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea, as confirmed by the US Central Command since Saturday evening.

Yemeni forces launch almost daily operations against ships affiliated with Israel and their protective battleships in the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean. Recently, they have extended their operations to include the Mediterranean Sea.
