“Safe Corridors”… Israeli traps to kill displaced people in northern Gaza
The Israeli occupation army identified corridors for the displacement of displaced Palestinians who left shelters in the northern Gaza Strip under the sword of threats, claiming that these paths were “safe” but were actually fraught with horrors, death and dangers, as they turned into traps during which the occupation targeted displaced Palestinians, including women and children.
These corridors extend from the north to the south of the Gaza Strip, where the north has been subjected to a campaign of extermination and ethnic cleansing carried out by the occupation for 18 days through unprecedented bombardment of the Jabalia camp and town and large areas in the north of the Gaza Strip since its re-invasion and siege on the sixth of October.
Although the displaced were starving and thirsty due to the interruption of food and water supplies to them since the beginning of the extermination operation in the northern Gaza Strip and the hardship of the long road, they were exposed to the dangers of direct Israeli targeting, resulting in the death and injury of a number of them, which proves the lies of the occupation army regarding the “safe paths”.
The Government Media Office and the Ministry of Interior in Gaza warned more than once that the occupation army is carrying out executions against citizens on their way to the southern areas through safe passages.
