The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip announced that the Israeli occupation has committed a series of serious and repeated violations since the announcement of the end of the war on the Gaza Strip, amounting to 47 documented violations.
The media office explained in a statement that these violations varied between direct shooting of civilians, deliberate bombing and targeting, and the arrest of a number of civilians, practices that “reflect the occupation’s continued aggressive approach despite the declaration of a ceasefire.”
The statement indicated that these attacks were carried out by the occupation using military vehicles and tanks positioned on the outskirts of residential neighborhoods, electronic cranes equipped with sensors and remote targeting devices, and drones (quadcopters) that continue to fly over residential areas, carrying out shooting operations and direct targeting of civilians.
These violations were monitored in all governorates of the Gaza Strip without exception, confirming that the occupation has not committed to the cessation of aggression, according to the statement.
The Government Media Office also announced the martyrdom of 38 Palestinians and the injury of 143 others, as a result of the ongoing Israeli violations.
The office held the occupation fully responsible for these violations and called on the United Nations and the guarantors of the agreement to urgently intervene to compel the occupation to halt its ongoing aggression and protect the defenseless civilian population in the Gaza Strip.
