Statistics record a rise in casualties of Saudi violations in Sa’ada within one month


Sa’ada – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Sa’ada Governorate Security issued a statistical report revealing the recording of 76 violations in the northern border areas of the governorate during the month of Jumada Al-Awwal, committed by Saudi forces, including shelling operations and direct targeting of civilians.

According to the report, the violations included 24 cases of artillery shelling targeting border villages and areas and 51 cases of direct gunfire from the Saudi Border Guard, in addition to one case of aerial bombardment.

The report clarified that these aggressions resulted in the martyrdom of 8 citizens and the injury of 44 others due to gunfire, while the artillery shelling caused the martyrdom of 6 citizens and the injury of 21 others, bringing the total casualties to 14 martyrs and 65 wounded during the month.

The governorate’s security confirmed that these incidents represent serious violations of international laws and norms, indicating that they fall within a series of repeated aggressions against the residents of the border areas.
