Massive Saudi reinforcements on the border with Yemen

On Thursday, Saudi Arabia has initiated military movements on its southern border with Yemen.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Media sources reported that Saudi Arabia has deployed forces from the “Shield of the Nation” factions to its borders with the provinces of Al-Jawf and Sa’ada. It was mentioned that these new factions were sent from the Tabuk region, where they underwent training by American experts.

The newly formed factions will replace previous factions affiliated with the Congress and Al-Islah parties in those areas.

The new factions will be responsible for securing the land crossings with Yemen, including the Al-Wadiah crossing.

The timing of the deployment of these recently formed factions, under the supervision of the Support and Support Commander in the coalition, Sultan Al-Baqami, and under the leadership of Rashad Al-Alimi, indicates that they are part of Saudi arrangements for the post-agreement phase with Sanaa, which is opposed by Yemeni forces loyal to it, the Al-Islah Party in particular.
