Sana’a reveals a series of “qualitative” military operations in the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean


Sana’a forces announced this evening the execution of military operations against American and Israeli targets in the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean, “in response to the US-British aggression against Yemen and in support of the Palestinian people’s just cause.”

According to the spokesperson for Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the American ship “MAERSK YORKTOWN” and an American warship were targeted in the Gulf of Aden, while the Israeli ship “MSC VERACRUZ” was targeted in the Indian Ocean.

Brigadier General Saree explained that the Yemeni operations were carried out using a number of drones and suitable naval missiles, emphasizing that all operations achieved their objectives with high precision.

The spokesman for Sana’a forces affirmed their commitment “to prevent Israeli navigation or any ships heading to the occupied Palestinian ports in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea, as well as in the Indian Ocean, until the aggression is stopped and the blockade on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.” He also confirmed that Yemeni forces are “moving forward to take further military measures against all hostile targets.”
