Al-Mashat: The assassination of Al-Ghamari and the targeting of the government were a result of the criminal American exploitation of humanitarian work
The head of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, confirmed that the targeting of the Sana’a government and the martyrdom of the Chairman of the General Staff, Major General Mohammed Al-Ghamari, occurred as a result of the American exploitation of UN humanitarian work to serve the “Israeli” enemy, pointing out that this loophole has been permanently closed.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
In a statement, Al-Mashat said, “The targeting of our struggling government, our great martyr, or our dear citizens is not considered a success for the Zionist enemy,” explaining that “the Americans exploited the UN humanitarian work to serve the Zionist enemy, and we did not expect this bad, ugly, and criminal exploitation.”
Al-Mashat praised the Sana’a security apparatuses, which “managed, with God’s help, to address the flaw and close the loophole in record time,” according to the “Saba” agency.
In response to the targeting operation, Al-Mashat confirmed that “the martyrdom of Al-Ghamari will only increase our strength and resolve more than before,” pointing out that “our blessed Quranic march has built many men and leaders like him.”
He confirmed that “our position is steadfast no matter the challenges and no matter the scale of sacrifices,” considering that “all the sacrifices of the sons of the Yemeni people, civilians and military personnel alike, are in God’s eyes.”
He concluded by saying, “We possess the moral and material strength that enables us to exact revenge, God willing, for war has its rounds,” vowing that “all those involved in serving the Zionist enemy or others will receive their deterrent punishment, God permitting.”
The Sana’a presidency had announced at the end of last month the martyrdom of the Head of Government, Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi, along with several ministers, following a series of Israeli airstrikes that targeted the capital.
