A Lawsuit against Supreme Political Council in Sana’a
A strategic expert commented, on Tuesday, on filing a lawsuit against the highest authority in Sana’a.
The expert residing in Britain, Ahmed Al-Moayady, considered the move to reflect the huge atmosphere of freedom in Sana’a by law and away from what he described as demagoguery and illegal chaos.
Al-Moayady indicated that the lawsuit drops all allegations of “aggression” and its attempts to falsify the awareness of the Yemeni people about the authority in Sana’a.
A person named Ahmed Al-Ghobash had filed a lawsuit against the authority of the Supreme Political Council, demanding the abolition of the Conduct Code.
The lawsuit is not the first of its kind against the authority, a citizen in Ibb province had previously filed a lawsuit against Zakat Authority, under which he obtained a ruling to support him in his marriage.
