The leader of Ansar Allah: Targeting Sana’a Airport is an “Israeli” attempt to restore deterrence by striking civilian facilities in Yemen
The leader of Ansar Allah, Abdul Malik Al-Houthi, affirmed that the recent Israeli attack on Sana’a International Airport comes within the context of targeting the nation and aims to put pressure on the position of the Yemeni people in supporting the Palestinian cause.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
In a televised speech, Al-Houthi said, “One of the objectives of this aggression may be to impede the transport of Yemeni pilgrims,” indicating that Israel is seeking to restore deterrence by targeting civilian facilities in Yemen.
He explained that the “Israeli” enemy wanted to isolate the Palestinian people without a reaction from Islamic countries but remained in a weak position after the failure of the American aggression. He added, “No matter how large the scale of the aggression or how often it is repeated, it will not affect our people’s firm position in supporting Palestine, as it is an authentic religious stance.”
Al-Houthi also referred to the Israeli escalation in Gaza is pushing Ansar Allah to move forward with military escalation against Israel, saying, “We are seeking a stronger position alongside the Palestinian people in their unprecedented suffering.”
