Hajjah: Saudi Airstrike Killed, Injured 11 Civilians from One Family
The Saudi warplanes targeted a house in the Abs district of Hajjah province late Sunday, killing and injuring a number of citizens, most of them women and children.
Almasirah Net correspondent in Hajjah stated that at least a woman was killed and 10 wounded as a result of the crime of Saudi coalition against the family of citizen Ahmed Tamri in the Al-Saqf area in the Abs district.
Among the wounded were seven children, aged between one and a half and 14 years, as well as an elderly person, the correspondent added.
Member of the Supreme Political Council Mohammad Al-Houthi condemned the targeting of Ahmed Tamri family in the Abs district of Hajjah province.
Al-Houthi stressed that continuing to target the Yemeni people is a war crime and deliberate terrorism.
Since the beginning of the latest escalation of the Saudi-US coalition, the coalition has launched daily night raids targeting residential neighborhoods in the capital, Sana’a, and Yemeni provinces, killing and wounding about 500 civilians.
The Saudi-led coalition continues to target neighborhoods and populated areas and destroy the infrastructure and capabilities of the country, in light of a suspicious international silence.
The war has left hundreds of thousands of Yemenis dead and displaced millions more. It has also destroyed Yemen’s infrastructure and spread famine and infectious diseases there.
