Giant Ship Leaves Yemen, Looting Two million Barrels of Stolen Oil
The giant oil tanker APOLYTARES, which is carrying more than two million barrels of looted crude oil, left the port of Al-Shihr in Hadhramaut province on Saturday afternoon, a well-informed source reported.
The giant tanker had arrived a few days ago at Ashihr port and loaded and looted more than two million barrels of crude oil, with a total value of more than $270 million, according to oil prices on the international stock exchange, which is equivalent to 162 billion Yemeni riyals.
The official told the Sana’a-based Saba News Agency that the looting of crude oil comes in light of the organized looting continuation by the Saudi-sponsored forces, of the revenues of crude oil and Yemeni wealth, and their continuing in Salary interruption for more than 6 years.
The official pointed out that this shipment alone is sufficient to cover Yemeni employees’ salaries of in all Yemeni provinces for two months.
According to navigational websites, the ship will unload its cargo in Thai port of Sriracha.
