Sana’a forces: The final say will be after the end of this last chance for peace
The Saudi-Emirati coalition was warned on Sunday by Sana’a troops that the current window of opportunity for peace is the last one and that “the movements and interventions of the US and Zionist in the region” aim to thwart peace efforts and lead them toward war.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Major General Mohammad Nasser Al-Atifi, the Defense Minister of Sana’a, and the Chief of Staff issued a joint statement on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Yemeni unification in which they cautioned the coalition against delaying the end of the conflict in Yemen. They indicate that after this chance, “the final say will be for our armed forces of all types and formations, with the permission and strength of Allah.”
Additionally, they stated that Sana’a forces were prepared to use “all options to defend the homeland, its unity, sovereignty, and all its achievements”, adding that “the unity of our country is a historic achievement that reflects the free Yemeni will that will not be affected by the small projects of some,” and that “the unity of our nation and the safety of its territories are red lines, and our readiness for peace is the same as our readiness for war.”
According to the statement, the Defense Minister and Chief of Staff stated that “the enemies seek to tear apart national unity, obstruct advancement in the humanitarian file, and maintain the unjust siege on our country and our people.” Sana’a forces also reaffirmed their support for “all major issues, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause, which is today exposed to the ugliest forms of crime by the occupying Zionist entity.”
